We don’t throw you into the deep end on Day 1
Everyone at SOR is seeking to be an expert in their position, whether it’s on the ground, on the roof, in a lift, on a rope or in the office in everything from marketing to accounting. But expertise doesn’t happen on day 1. We have a robust professional development program that lays out clear goals that need to be achieved in order to advance; earning more responsibility, benefits, and pay. No experience necessary
We aren’t looking for the most seasoned pressure washers or 25+ year gutter cleaners. We want you to apply regardless of your experience. If you love working outdoors, can respond promptly to communications, and most importantly, you are the type of person who does what they say they are going to do. Then we want you to apply at SOR, we can teach you the rest.
We are a team, not a family. Families are made up of individuals all moving in different directions and asking more than is reasonable of each other. A team moves in one direction and requires a high level of respect from one another. We don’t want to just be a team, we want to be the best team, a championship team.
