Although dryer vent cleaning is usually maintained by residents, communities that budget well can make it an amenity. This was true for a community of townhomes in Raleigh, NC that brought Southern Outdoor Restoration on to perform dryer vent cleaning in January 2025. We easily accessed the dryer vents that were 4 feet off the ground. The dryer vents had not been cleaned in years, and we discovered lint and debris had accumulated up to 24 to 36 inches. The client was so pleased with our work that they hired us to return in February to clean out gutters in the 700 other townhomes in the community.
