We washed and sanitized the Lafayette Village parking deck to provide tenants and customers with a clean and safe parking area. This parking garage was one of many projects we have done at this location to aid in the revitalization of the property. Along with the Garage, we also cleaned the surrounding exterior sidewalks and brick staircases, which had developed a significant mildew build-up that presented a slip/fall risk. We also encountered Oil, FOG, and Calcium Deposits/Stains as well as chewing gum removal necessities. Parking spaces are frequently traveled and must be maintained regularly to avoid the dangers of slip/fall accidents.
