This building changed hands and the new ownership wanted to give it a makeover. The challenge was that only two thirds of the building could be accessed by boom lift. We worked with the property manager for nearly two years to prepare for the project. We provided consultation to engage a company to install roof anchors and also to help review bids on re-caulking and painting. Finally, in early 2020, we began work on cleaning the building to prepare it for a coating application. For the first phase of the project, our method of access was an 80ft stick boom. Then, we completed multiple drops via swing stage scaffolding to wash the remaining portion of the building.
