We perform a full exterior ACM panel cleaning at this property annually. The dark oxidation streaks show up very visibility on the light gray paneling. We use a specialized detergent and a hand cleaning process to remove this contaminant safely and efficiently. Our team knows the ins and outs of dealerships. We coordinate with their onsite teams to ensure cars are moved away in advance of our work and high traffic entry areas are completed off hours. Access is completed via a combination of boom lift, scissor lift, and ladders.
