We were contacted by property management to complete a thorough deep cleaning of the deck in a very specific time window. This deck is unique in that 20% of the deck's concrete is coated and the rest of the concrete is exposed and porous. We tailored our cleaning process to each substrate to ensure a clean outcome that did not compromise the structural integrity of the concrete or the coating. We also completed rust stain treatments from where the fire suppression system pipes had been purged. We worked closed with the in-house security team to coordinate coning and flagging and the entire tower's tenants were given daily progress updates. The deck was open and accessible 100% of the time. All of this work was done with our full reclaim surface cleaning equipment and hot water on off hours.
