Work Performed:
Building Pressure Washing, Parking Deck flatwork, interior and exterior facades, curbing, and exterior window cleaning
SOR was contacted by Debnam Property Management to provide a quote for a full property cleaning of Carolina Place, consisting of the building, the parking deck and curbing.
We performed a full building pre-treatment and pressure washing followed by exterior window cleaning to remove surface dirt and overspray. We also pressure washed all entranceway and high visibility curbing to brighten up the two entrances to the building.
We cleaned the parking deck in its entirety; all concrete flatwork, interior of parking deck walls and the parking deck facade.
SOR provided scheduling plans consisting of maps and dates for property management to inform tenants of the anticipated work. We also provided daily reports and a final end of job report which highlighted the work completed and included multiple before and after pictures.
This work was specialized as it included the use of an 80’ boom lift and RDS (rope descent system). Despite weather delays, our team worked diligently to stay on track with the initially communicated schedule, adding crews to make up for time lost.
