In advance of the work, we prepared the breezeways by covering all fire alarm pull stations and other hard-wired electronics. Additionally, we placed berms into any door thresholds that could have been affected by water entry during the cleaning. We then employed our softwash process to safely remove all organic growth and loose debris from the interior breezeways throughout the community. This process consists of the application of our biodegradable mildewcide solution to all painted surfaces at low pressure, then fully rinsing all surfaces with fresh water, ensuring a uniform finish throughout.
