Sterling Glenwood was in the process of a number of exterior repairs. As part of the exterior facelift that the owners were completing on the building, we were engaged to complete a full property pressure washing. Our experience with these projects allowed us to price the work very competitively and have a firm grasp of operational assumptions. We used an 80ft boom lift to access the building facades and were diligent to plywood the turf for protection in the courtyard. We essentially cleaned everything that could be cleaned out there: building facades, balconies, paver patios, awnings, etc.
